In Brighter Shores, the Spider Nest quest is one of the essential quests to complete in order to obtain the Storage Rift Spell. This spell is a game-changer because it allows you to store resources without making multiple trips to storage. You can find any Storage Rift Maker on the map and access it using the Storage Rift Spell.
However, to complete the quest, you’ll need to meet a specific requirement: level 32 Carpentry. Reaching level 32 in Carpentry requires time and a lot of grinding. Below, you’ll find the fastest way to reach level 32 Carpentry and complete the Spider Nest quest.
Brighter Shores Guide: How to Reach Level 32 in Carpentry Faster
After reaching Episode 2, your experience will reset, and you’ll have to start grinding again. The fastest way to level up your Carpentry is by buying logs, fully processing them, and selling them. If you’re starting from level 1 Woodcutter and level 1 Carpentry, first find Maurice in Timberwell Green to buy the hatchet and handsaw. Start cutting trees and store the logs in the lumber bank at the carpenter workshop.
Continue this until you reach level 16 Woodcutter, at which point you can buy the two-person saw. The two-person saw can be used solo and is excellent for cutting high-quality trees, such as Yew (available at level 16) and Rugged Pine (available at level 27). These trees produce high-quality logs and yield maximum profit per trip. Keep cutting these trees to gather a substantial amount of silver, aiming to reach level 22. Once you reach level 22, you can also cut down Rugged Oak trees if Yews are scarce.
If you are level 22 and have a good amount of silver, you can directly buy Rugged Pine logs, fully process them, and sell them to increase your Carpentry level. Repeat this process until level 30, after which you can buy Rugged Hickory logs and continue the same process until you reach level 32. If you run out of silver while buying these logs, you can go back to cutting Yew, Rugged Pine, and Rugged Oak trees to gather more silver.
