In Roblox, Fisch is a fishing simulator game where you can catch a variety of fish using different gear. The fish range from common to legendary in rarity, and to catch these legendary fish, you will need better gear. Several new features have been added in the recent update, including the addition of treasure maps.
Treasure maps can be found while fishing, though their drop rate is quite low. Some players get lucky and pull one out in the first few tries, while others might fish for hours without finding one. Below, you’ll find a brief guide on how to locate the treasure chest using the treasure map and GPS.
Roblox Fisch: How To Get Treasure Maps, Repair Them, & Find Treasure Chests
Now that you know how to get a treasure map (which is quite challenging), if you do find one, it will be unreadable due to being underwater for so long. You’ll need to repair the treasure map, locate the coordinates shown on it, and then dive underwater to find the treasure chest.
First, let’s discuss how to make the treasure map readable. Once you obtain a treasure map, you will need to visit the new island called “Forsaken Shores.” The island is located to the northwest of the starting island. There, in the middle of the island, you’ll find a skull carved into a hill. In the right eye of the skull, you’ll find an NPC called “Jack Marrow.” Interact with him while holding the treasure map and select the option “Can you fix my map?”
Once the map is repaired, you’ll see the coordinates by reading the map. Now, you can use your GPS to reach the treasure chest location. Equip your diving gear to go underwater and find the treasure chest. If you’re really lucky, you might find the sunken rod inside the treasure chest, which grants a passive buff of +25% luck in finding treasure maps after every 10 catches.
