In Stalker 2, players can discover a wide variety of artifacts, each offering unique special effects. These artifacts are hidden in various locations and can be discovered using an artifact scanner or by exploring anomalous zones. One such artifact is the Weird Water. Below is a brief guide on how to locate and obtain this altered item.
Stalker 2 How To Find Weird Water Artifact
The Weird Water Artifact is a legendary altered item that can be equipped to increase radiation resistance. It also allows you to move slightly faster and smoother. This artifact is located in the Zaton region, on the northeastern side of the area. There, you will find an anomalous area called “Wandering Lights.”
The Weird Water Artifact only spawns at night and is contained in a bottle. To obtain this legendary artifact, you need to search for a dropped bottle in that area. The artifact is available only during nighttime, specifically between 22:00 and 04:00.
During the night, you will notice various glowing orbs moving around in the area. The Weird Water bottle will be located beneath one of these glowing orbs or nearby. In the dark, it can be challenging to find the artifact, especially while trying to dodge mutant attacks.
Save your game before entering the Wandering Lights area and search for the artifact. If the artifact is not directly under the glowing orbs and you struggle to find it in the dark, you can locate it by looking for the small white dot that marks every item. Try to spot this white dot on the ground in the dark.
If you still cannot find the artifact, reload your previous save file from before entering the Wandering Lights area and search again. With a bit of luck, you should find the artifact quickly. However, some players have reported spending hours searching without success. This may be an issue or a bug in the game, which you can report to the developers and wait for an update to resolve.
