In Towers of Aghasba, Tahi’s Hut is a landmark located on the starting island that can be rebuilt to earn rewards. While most of the resources required to rebuild the hut are easy to obtain, one item, Cob, may take some time to gather. Below is a brief guide on all the resources needed to rebuild Tahi’s Hut and instructions on where to find Cob.
Towers Of Aghasba How To Build Tahi’s Hut
Tahi’s Hut is located in the southeastern part of the starting island. The resources required to complete the hut’s construction are:
- Cob: Refer to the guide below to learn how to obtain Cob.
- Wood: Gather wood by chopping down trees using a Stone Hatchet.
- Rope: Rope can be crafted using Fiber, which is obtained from bushes.
- Resin: Resin is collected by chopping down Resin Fir Trees found near the Colossal Tree. After chopping these trees, you can plant temperate seeds to potentially regrow them for future resin farming.
Once you have gathered all the required resources, go to Tahi’s Hut and deposit the materials to complete the construction. Building the hut is not currently part of the main quest, but completing it will reward you with 8x Thatch Fence and a Stone Stairs Blueprint.
Towers Of Aghasba How To Get/Obtain Cob
To obtain Cob, you must first build a structure called the Compost Shed. This structure becomes available after you upgrade your village for the first time. After the upgrade, a new tab called Build will appear in the menu and you will get a quest to build a farm. In the same tab, you will find the option to construct the Compost Shed.
To build the Compost Shed, you will need four different resources:
- Clay: Clay can be obtained by crafting a shovel and searching for orange-pink rocks on the ground, known as “Clay Mounds.”
- Tree Bark: This resource can be gathered by chopping down slim, dead Pastu and Resin Fir Trees on the starting island.
- Thatch: Thatch is harvested from the same bushes that also yield fibers.
- Dung: Dung is a byproduct left by creatures after eating their favorite food. To gather dung, throw berries and roots near the Colossal Tree to attract Beetlepup and Skirtau. After eating the berries and roots, these creatures will leave behind seeds and dung.
Once all the required resources are collected, construct the Compost Shed and use it to craft Cob. To craft Cob, you will need Clay and Thatch.
